How to Start a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please email us at support@luvielle.co with:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  • A brief description of your request

Our Customer Care team will review your request and guide you through the next steps as soon as possible.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original packaging
  • Free from damage or signs of wear
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us before returning your order.

Once your request has been approved and the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your exchange as quickly as possible.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number along with clear photos of the item. This helps us investigate the issue and provide a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Final Sale or Clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without prior approval
